This was a new prototype for a two-physician practice. The four buildings were located in Jacksonville, Yulee, Green Cove Springs and Julington Creek, Florida spread out into care zones. The new buildings were designed to fit closely with neighboring residential areas.

A total of 12 exam rooms with x-ray and a full-service lab covered most patients’ needs.
