Bestbet Poker Room

Bestbet Poker Room

The scope of work consisted of approximately 70,000sf of renovation of a big box retail store. During the use-conversion of approximately 70,000sf of the 140,000sf facility, new interior walls, mechanical, electrical, fire suppression and plumbing systems were replaced to bring the renovated portion up to code including ADA upgrades. The building envelope was in poor condition, as no maintenance had been performed in years. A full building assessment was performed to determine which components needed to be repaired. The interiors were completely gutted. Tilt panel wall joists were re-sealed to complete the rated building envelope.

New uses include poker and simulcast betting rooms, large event areas, restaurant, bar and office support areas. New backlit iconic graphics were printed on translucent canopies to accentuate the vertical lines.
