Community Hospice has expanded their offerings in St. Augustine starting with a new campus to include an office / Community Center and a new Thrift Store. The site fronts both US Route 1 and Old Dixie Highway so the buildings were located remotely with one each along the two roadways. The Thrift Store is located along Route 1 to capture the high traffic count. The Office is located along the more quiet road. Both buildings in the campus share the same coastal vernacular style.
