Seminole Square Apartment Community

This is an urban in-fill project which is comprised of 96 residential apartment units located on a partial block in Largo, Florida. The 3-story walk-up Garden style apartments are designed with a beach theme. The unit mix is 50% 1-bedroom and 50% 2-bedroom units. A new 3,000sf single story Clubhouse includes a fitness center, pool, community rooms, and leasing office.
