Fisher | Koppenhafer’s work with the City of Green Cove Springs has been widely praised by officials. Over the course of five years, our efforts have encompassed a full range of services including: Grant Qualification, Detailed Cost Estimating, City Council Presentations, Plan Studies, Elevation Renderings, Construction Documents and Administration of the Construction.

This newly constructed facility modernizes and combines the Emergency Operations Center and the Police Station into a single building capable of withstanding 160mph winds. The building was specifically designed to remain operational during and after catastrophic events. All utilities including IT were developed and designed for Emergency Operations in the core of the building. The building features a strong shell with an exterior that compliments Architectural styles of the surrounding neighborhood.
