Master Planning of a new 200 room Hilton Hotel Property on St. Maarten Island in the Caribbean. The property includes a 10,000sf spa, a 2,500sf fitness center, meeting / banquet rooms and three restaurants, all with views of the beach and ocean on a nine acre bay site.

Also part of the project is a new two-story Spa is located within the Indigo Bay Hilton Hotel Resort on St. Maarten Island in the Caribbean. The spa has eleven treatment rooms with six private balconies overlooking beautiful Indigo Bay. It also includes a salon and single gender relaxation areas. The infinity pool on the first deck provides a luxurious place to sit and relax.
