Laterra – King & Bear, World Golf Village

Laterra – King & Bear, World Golf Village

This 330 unit resort condo-hotel development is located inside the World Golf Village. The architecture is reminiscent of nearby St. Augustine, of both the Ponce de Leon Hotel and the village fabric. Included are a world class spa and two luxury resort pools on two adjacent parcels totaling 38 acres surrounded by the new King and Bear Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer.
