This historic building was converted from an Art Gallery to a specialty mercantile pastry shop. Renovations included both floors, with a three bedroom apartment upstairs, overlooking the historic esplanade in downtown
St. Augustine. The downstairs scope included interior and exterior renovations in addition to the dining room, service areas and support spaces.
Both floors included mechanical, plumbing and electrical upgrades to comply with HARB (Historical Architectural Review Board) and the current code standards. The exterior was repaired and re-painted in period approved color scheme.
