New Porte Cochere Addition – Complete re-design of the main entrance, including a new Porte Cochere (replacing a fabric canopy), new entrance wall and hardscape. (2010)
Oceanside Pool Deck & Bar Renovation – Renovation of the existing outdoor dining area, cabana bar, event area and pool deck amenity. New paver design and patterning. (2009)

Oasis Bar Renovation – Complete renovation including kitchen, granite topped bar and beach view terrace added along the pool deck. (2006)
