Vicar’s Landing Assisted Living Facility
This project began as a condition assessment report for each of the 18 buildings on campus. From the recommendations, budgets were established to renovate all exteriors of the 25 year old campus, including ADA and code reviews, replacement windows, cementitious siding board and trim new entry doors and renovations to the overgrown landscaping.
The scope also includes a new 25,000sf two-story clubhouse featuring a 300-seat auditorium, a new exercise and aerobics area, new administration offices and a renovated chapel.
