This is the prototype for a new senior living brand to be developed in the Southeast. This one level building includes a combination of 68 independent, assisted living and memory care with all units overlooking manicured courtyards. Amenities include full commercial kitchen and fine dining, club and card rooms, activities spaces and fitness.
