This project was inspired by the owner’s passion for preserving this beautiful 1922 Tudor style home on the St. Johns River. The design included a new kitchen and family room addition to modernize the house for the owner’s casual style of living. A big challenge was preserving the architectural integrity while providing new technology for energy conservation and efficiency.
