Waypoint Church at Nocatee Pre-School

A new one-story pre-school building with six classrooms, office, storage and outside play area space. Also included in the scope of work is an approximately 3,500sf multi-purpose room (Sanctuary) that may be converted into future classrooms or used later with Church functions in an expanded campus. Additional scope includes wiring for security system, basic wiring for A/V system, sign and entry feature and hardscape.
