Community Hospice has expanded their offerings in St. Augustine to include a 16,550sf conference and education center, with administrative offices and an upscale resale store. It will be a welcoming place for all area residents, offering a variety of consumer and healthcare provider focused educational programs, advance care planning, community grief counseling and workshops, and community meeting space open to local residents and organizations.
The buildings were designed in a modern coastal vernacular style to compliment the more established Mediterranean buildings along Route 1. The site planning was designed around several heritage oak trees that populate the greenfield site.
