An existing hotel in North East Florida to be transformed into a senior living facility. Using the existing structure modifications would be made to all floors to allow for a Memory Care facility, Independent living floors as well as Assisted living units.
Special site modifications are incorporating recreational amenities such as serenity gardens, lush walking paths and other sports related site features. These features will connect directly to new indoor community and lounge spaces on the first floor of the building. These community spaces are designed to work in concert with the new dining spaces, club rooms, libraries and related service spaces.
When complete this facility will provide our seniors with a comforting place to call home.
