This is a new three-story Senior Living Facility located in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The main building includes most member amenities including two restaurant dining rooms (formal and informal), Coffee Bar, Theater, Fitness Center, Gift Shop, Game Room, Mail Room and Salon. Staff offices, marketing and the kitchen are also included on the first floor.
The 130 residential units range in sizes from studios to three bedrooms (566sf – 1,206sf). Each floor has multiple conversation and activity rooms in addition to seating areas and gas fireplaces.
