The 1st of several components for this property is a new 3-story restaurant located on the corner of AIA and Vilano Road. The 1st floor is a mix of retail, coffee, and restaurant spaces with 6 parking spaces under the building. The 2nd floor is a full-service restaurant with moveable glass wall panels to completely open the space. The kitchen and support spaces are also located on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor consists of a “crows’ nest” look out for the restaurant patrons with ample beach views.
