The original Comfort Suites Hotel at World Golf Village is currently being converted into a Senior Living facility. Residential units will include Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care.
The first floor will be completely renovated to provide a new full service kitchen, dining room, activity rooms, library, club room, lounge and community living spaces. A new six-story addition will be designed for access to the exterior on each floor which looks north across a large lake.
The site will be modified and expanded for senior uses and functions to include a walking path, Bocce Ball court, pool and special memory garden.
