Master planning of a 12 acre parcel was completed on a new Tuscan style community center for the new Tamaya residential community of 1,200 homes.
This 14,000sf facility anchors the site that contains conference areas, banquet room/formal living room, reading/library, fitness center, adult and children’s pools, water park features and tennis courts. Plans also include a police sub-station.
