Home Street is a 4 story ground up multi-family apartment complex with an adjacent parking structure located on the south bank of the St. Johns River in Jacksonville. The name, SOBA (South Bank) leans towards upper end of the market rate downtown residents.  A 3 level parking deck is attached and connects to two vertical cores for accessibility in the apartments. Two separate courtyards split the figure 8 site plan with pool, deck, swings and relaxation areas. A central leasing office with full fitness center are visibly connected to the court yards.
